📸 Best practices for uploading
To help your verification process pass smoothly:
Use a clear, un-edited photo — no scans or screenshots.
Ensure the entire document is visible, including corners and background.
The document must show your full name, photo, and date of birth.
It must be valid (not expired) and in a language supported by your region.
Selfie upload: well-lit, no hats/sunglasses, face clearly visible.

⏱ What happens after upload?
Once all documents are uploaded correctly, most users are verified instantly. If the documents need manual review, it may take a few hours.
If your document is rejected, you’ll receive a notification with the reason and next steps.
🔧 If your documents are rejected
Common reasons for rejection include:
Blurry image or screenshot used instead of original photo.
Expired document.
Name or date of birth doesn’t match your NALA profile.
Selfie doesn’t match the ID photo or is poorly lit.
You’ll be prompted to re-upload — follow the guidelines above for best results.

We encrypt all uploaded documents and store them securely. We only share them when required by law, and they are not used for any purpose beyond verification.
