⚠️ Why your verification might take longer
Sometimes, verification isn’t instant because:
The ID photo is blurry, cropped, or scanned.
The document is expired or missing your full name and date of birth.
The selfie doesn’t match the photo on your ID.
There’s a duplicate account or extra compliance review is required.

To make sure your verification goes through smoothly:
Use your phone’s camera, not screenshots or scans
Take photos in good lighting, showing all corners of your document
Avoid multiple submissions unless requested by our team — this can reset your review queue
