Transaction limits for NALA accounts factor in drivers such as the sender's country, account type, and the nature of the transactions. Whether you're an individual account holder or a business owner, our flexible limits will accommodate your financial activities.

How to check your NALA transaction limits

To check your limits, follow these steps:

  1. Open your NALA app and click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner

  2. Click on ‘Account Limits

When do my limits reset?

NALA transaction limits apply over periods like 1 day, 30 days, or 365 days. They reset based on the date of each transaction, not at the beginning of a day, month, or year. This is called a "rolling reset."

Meaning;

  • The Daily limit resets 24 hours after the transaction

  • The Monthly limit resets 30 days after the transaction

  • The Annual limit resets 365 days after the transaction

If your transaction needs extend beyond your current limits, don't worry! You can request an increase by going to the limits screen in the app and clicking ‘increase my limits’

We will ask for extra information, like the reason for the limit increase and proof of your funds, such as a bank statement or payslip. This information helps us set limits that suit your needs and supports our efforts to prevent money laundering and keep everyone’s money safe 👍
