Introducing the NALA Wallet

The NALA Wallet is a new feature that allows you to store money in your NALA account. At the moment, NALA has 2 types of wallets offered to customers:

Main Wallet.

The main wallet allows you to transfer funds from your bank account into the NALA wallet. This gives you the ability to initiate transactions at a time of your choosing. The Main wallet is available for £GBP and €EUR users.

Rewards Wallet.

The rewards wallet is linked to our Refer a Friend program. Once you refer a new user to NALA, and they register and send a transaction with us, both you and the person you referred are eligible for an award. This award will be deposited into your NALA Rewards wallet. Rewards are available for customers in all our sending countries (€EUR, £GBP and $USD users).

Note that rewards can only be used to send a transaction to a recipient of your choice.

With the Main NALA Wallet, you can top up and transfer money straight from your wallet to any of our supported recipient countries. These countries include Tanzania 🇹🇿, Kenya 🇰🇪, Egypt 🇪🇬, Uganda 🇺🇬, Ghana 🇬🇭, Nigeria 🇳🇬, Rwanda 🇷🇼, Cameroon 🇨🇲, Senegal 🇸🇳, South Africa 🇿🇦 and Cote d'Ivoire 🇨🇮. This means no more bank transfers every time you want to send money home.

That's not all. The NALA Wallet can also assist with budgeting. For example, you can top up once a month and send smaller increments of the amount you've set aside. This helps you stick to your budget and avoid overspending.

Why wait? Start using the NALA Wallet today and experience the convenience and control it offers. Happy transacting!
