This depends on the type of payment method that you used.

If you used a bank card, this depends on your bank's relationship with our debit card processor - some refunds can be processed within 3 to 5 business days. In many cases this will be a lot quicker, but please note, that it can take a little longer for refunds to process depending on the type of payment method used, so please allow up to 28 days for the refund to arrive in your bank.

For payments made via bank transfer or the NALA wallet, refunds are immediate. If a refund was initiated back to you and has not reflected on your balance (taking into account the above timelines) contact our support team on mamanala@nala.money.
