How do I convert money between wallets?
You can swap between EUR/GBP and KES in just a few taps.
To convert EUR or GBP to KES:
Ensure your EUR or GBP wallet is topped up.
On the home screen, tap the wallet you want to convert from.
Tap the three dots icon next to 'Add money' and select Convert.
Enter the amount and confirm.
To convert KES back to EUR or GBP:
From the home screen, swipe left to locate your KES wallet.
Tap Convert.
Enter the amount and confirm your selection.
Can I send money to Kenya from my KES wallet?
Absolutely. Once you have a balance in your KES wallet, you can send money to recipients in Kenya via Bank Transfer or Mobile Money instantly.
How do I withdraw funds back to my bank account?
If you want to move money back to your UK or EU bank account, follow these steps:
Convert to local currency: First, ensure the funds are converted from KES into your EUR or GBP wallet.
Verify your bank: Ensure you have a verified EUR or GBP bank account linked to your NALA profile.
Withdraw: Select Withdraw from your EUR/GBP wallet, choose your linked bank account as the destination, and confirm.
