What is a NALA Tag?

Your NALA Tag is your unique identity on NALA, making it easy for friends and family to connect with you. Share your tag with them, and when they use NALA, you can earn money. It's that simple.

I am a new User. Do I have a NALA Tag?

No. However, you get to claim your NALA Tag during the account registration process. Follow the registration process outlined here. During the registration, after the invite code page, you will be required to claim your NALA Tag.

Choose a Tag that best suits you, and viola! You're all set!

I am an existing user. Do I have a NALA Tag?

No. User tags have to be manually claimed from within the application. Remember, claim the tag is on a first-come, first-serve basis. The earlier you claim your tag, the better. Here is how you claim your tag as an existing NALA user:

How to claim your NALA Tag

1. Update your app to the latest version.

2. Open the app and click 'Claim your NALA Tag' on the home screen.

3. Accept the terms and conditions.

4. Choose and claim your unique NALA Tag (up to 15 characters).

5. You're in! Share it with your friends.

What can I use my NALA Tag for?

Seeing as the NALA Tag is a unique identifier to your account, you can use your tag for the following:

Earn money! Share your NALA Tag with your friends and family, and earn money when they use NALA.

Similar to the NALA invite code, new NALA users can use your NALA Tag as the referral code. Once the invited member sends a successful transaction with NALA, you both earn a bonus (subject to the NALA Refer a Friend scheme).

Soon, we will launch a new feature enabling you to send and receive money via your NALA Tag by simply moving funds from your NALA Wallet to another NALA user's Wallet.
