How do I increase my account limits? 🚤

Once you get close to reaching your limits, you can request to increase them via the Mama NALA in-app chat. Before we'll be able to raise them, we'll ask for a bit of additional information so as to comply with local regulations.

  • The purpose of your transfers?

  • What's your main source of income?

Please send a copy of your bank statement for the last 30 days to attest to this. If the funds come from a different means, let us know and we’ll let you know what documents we need. You can send the documents to mamanala@nala.com.

Why do we need this information?

  • We need to comply with regulations

  • We want to provide a safe service for you
