š What is an invite code?
Your invite code is a unique referral code that helps NALA track who youāve referred.
When your friend signs up using your code and sends their first qualifying transfer, both of you earn a reward.
š± How to find your invite code
You can find your invite code directly in the NALA app:
Open your NALA app.
Click on the āEarnā button.
Your unique invite code will appear on the screen.
Tap copy. Share your code via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Your invite code will look something like this: JANE-1234/JOHN-5678
You can share this code as many times as youād like ā every new successful referral can earn you another reward.
š” How to use or add an invite code
If youāre a new NALA user:
When signing up, enter your friendās invite code in the āInvite codeā field before completing your registration.
Once your account is verified, send your first qualifying transfer to activate the reward.
If you already signed up without entering a code:
Contact our support team in-app or via email
Share the code you wanted linked to your account
Our team will take it from there and confirm once the code has been added to your account
ā ļø You can only add a referral code if you havenāt yet completed your first transfer. If you already sent money, the code can no longer be applied.
ā»ļø Can I change my code?
We know that our customers might have a preference when it comes to the code.
The NALA app allows you to change the code you will share with your friends and family.
Click on the Profile tab (top-left side of the homescreen).
Click on Personal Informationā complete the biometric request to access personal information.
Navigate to where there is the āNALA Tagā and click on Change.
Update the tag to one you prefer then saveā and youāre all set!
š When will I receive my reward?
Youāll receive your referral reward once your friend completes their first qualifying transfer.
Rewards appear in your Reward Wallet, which you can use when sending your next transferā for US customers, this is your main wallet.
You can track your rewards in the Earn section of the app.
āļø Troubleshooting tips
My invite code isnāt working.
Check that you shared the correct code with your friend before their first transfer.
Make sure the campaign or promotion is still active.
Some rewards are country-specific; ensure both you and your friend are eligible.
I canāt find the invite section.
Update your NALA app to the latest version ā the feature may not appear in older versions.
Alternatively, reach out to our support team via the app or email and ask for help adding the code
My reward didnāt appear.
Your friend must complete their first qualifying transfer before the reward is issued.
If you still havenāt received it after 24ā48 hours, contact NALA support in-app or email via mamanala@nala.money.

You must have a verified NALA account to earn or use rewards.
Invite codes must be entered before the first transaction.
NALA may change or end referral campaigns at any time, in line with local regulations.
Fraudulent or duplicate accounts will not be eligible for referral rewards.
