Why hasn’t my NALA referral reward been credited?

💡 You’ve referred a friend to NALA but haven’t seen your reward yet? Don’t worry — here’s everything you need to know about how referral rewards work and when they appear.


⏱️ When you should expect your reward

Your referral reward is credited after your friend successfully completes their first qualifying transfer using your invite code.

This usually happens within 24–48 hours once the transfer is complete and confirmed.

Rewards will appear automatically in your Reward Wallet inside the NALA app.


✅ Check these points first

Before contacting support, make sure all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your friend signed up with your invite code before sending their first transfer.

    • If they joined without entering your code, the system can’t track the referral.

  2. Their transfer meets the minimum qualifying amount.

    • Some promotions require your friend to send a certain minimum amount to trigger the reward.

  3. Your friend’s NALA account is verified.

    • Both you and your friend must have verified NALA accounts to be eligible for rewards.

  4. The campaign is still active.

    • Referral campaigns can have start and end dates or be limited to specific countries.

  5. You haven’t reached the referral limit.

    • Some referral programs have a maximum number of rewards you can earn. Check the campaign details in your app.


📱 How to check your reward status in the NALA app

  1. Open the NALA app.

  2. Tap your Earn icon.

  3. Select Invite Friends / Rewards.

  4. Scroll to see your referral history and check if your friend’s transfer is listed as “Completed.”

  5. Your reward will be credited once the qualifying transaction clears.


🧩 Common reasons your reward may be delayed

  • The transfer is still being processed or reviewed.

  • Your friend used a different email or phone number than the one linked to their invite.

  • The referral campaign was updated after your friend signed up.

  • There was a technical issue in reward processing (rare but possible).

If none of these apply and it’s been more than 48 hours since your friend’s transfer was completed, please reach out to our NALA Support Team through the app.


🛠️ How to contact support

  1. Open the NALA app.

  2. Click on Mama NALA.

  3. Share details such as:

    • Your invite code

    • Your friend’s full name or phone number

    • The date they sent their first transfer

This will help our team investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

  • Referral bonuses are non-transferable and may vary by country.

  • NALA reserves the right to amend or suspend referral campaigns at any time.

  • Fraudulent or duplicate accounts are not eligible for rewards.
