Why can't I send money from Africa?
Updated over a week ago

Why is NALA registered with financial regulators?

NALA is committed to providing the best possible service to our users. In order to do so, we are registered with financial regulators in every country that we send from. This ensures that our operations are regulated and meet the standards set by each country we serve.

Our goal is to make sending money as easy and convenient as possible for our users. By being registered with financial regulators, we are able to provide a safe and secure platform for our users to send money to their loved ones.

At the moment, this means that you cannot register with NALA to send money from Africa.

Nonetheless, we understand that sending money to family and friends is an important part of staying connected with your loved ones. That's why we are constantly working to expand our reach and apply for licenses in more countries. This allows us to serve more users within the different diasporas and provide them with the same level of service and security. While we currently focus on serving African Diasporas abroad, we will continue to work towards expanding our reach and serving more users around the world. Follow NALA on our socials to keep up with new developments on countries we are expanding into. 🩵
