How do I qualify for the NALA Claus Campaign Rewards?
All NALA customers (New and Existing customers) stand a chance to earn one of the twelve rewards we are offering for the NALA Claus campaign. How do users qualify for the Campaign?
Can I use the funds in my rewards wallet?
Users who pay for transactions from their NALA rewards wallet will still be eligible for the campaign rewards.
Will I still enter the draw if my transaction is failed or delayed?
All transaction attempts to recipients will count towards you joining the competition for one of our twelve prizes.
What is the minimum amount I need to send in order to enter the draw?
All customers will be expected to send a minimum of € 50, £ 50 or $ 50.
How will I know if I won the reward?
As NALA, we pride ourselves on always being transparent. We will therefore share the winners on our social media platforms while still maintaining their privacy.
