How to send money to a mobile money account with NALA.

To send money to a mobile money wallet, follow these simple steps within the NALA app:

1. Click on the ‘Send’ icon in the middle of the bottom screen.

2. Select ‘Send to a phone number’.

3. Click on ‘Add mobile money recipient’ to create a new recipient. Alternatively, click on ‘Enable phone contacts’ so that you are able to select a recipient from your contact list.

4. Click ‘Save and send’. You will see a screen that will allow you to key in the amount you would like to send as well as the amount the recipient will receive.

5. Click ‘Continue’.

6. Proceed to select the payment method. This can either be using a ‘Bank transfer’ or a ‘Card payment’. Click ‘Continue’.

7. Review the transaction details and then move on to confirm and authorise the payment.

8. Track the transaction status.
