What do I need to do to earn the $25 cashback?
To qualify:
Send $500 or more in a single completed transfer
The transfer must be sent to an account in one of the eligible recipient markets (NGN, KES, TZS, GHS, Cameroon XAF)
The transfer must be completed before 23:59 on 5 July 2026
Multiple smaller transfers that add up to $500 will not qualify. The $500 must be sent in one transaction.
When will I receive my cashback?
Your $25 cashback will be credited automatically to your NALA rewards wallet after your qualifying transfer has been successfully completed.
You do not need to enter a code.
How can I use my cashback?
Your cashback will appear in your NALA rewards wallet. You can use it towards your next transfer.
The cashback cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or transferred to another user.
Does the cashback expire?
Yes. Your $25 cashback is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited to your account. If it is not used within 30 days, it will expire automatically.
Can I earn the reward more than once?
No. This promotion is limited to one cashback reward per eligible user during the campaign period.
What happens if I send after 5 July?
Transfers completed after 23:59 on 5 July 2026 will not qualify for the cashback.

Send $500 or more in a single transaction to an eligible recipient account between the campaign dates and receive $25 cashback.
Campaign Period
Start date: 30 June 2026
End date: 23:59 on 5 July 2026 (local time of the sending market)
Only transfers completed within this period will qualify. Transactions completed after 23:59 on 5 July 2026 will not be eligible.
Eligibility
This promotion is available only to selected users who have received a notification or email about the offer and have successfully completed identity verification (KYC).
Qualifying Transactions
To qualify for the cashback reward:
The user must complete one single transfer of at least $500 during the Campaign Period.
The qualifying amount must be sent in one completed transaction. Multiple smaller transactions that cumulatively total $500 will not qualify.
The transfer must be successfully completed within the Campaign Period to be eligible for the cashback reward.
Only transfers to eligible NGN, GHS, TZS, KES or Cameroon (XAF) accounts will count.
Once a user has qualified and received the cashback, no additional cashback will be earned, even if further transfers of $500 or more are made during the Campaign Period.
Reward
Eligible users will receive $25 cashback.
The cashback will be credited to the user's NALA rewards wallet after the qualifying transaction is completed.
The reward is limited to one cashback per eligible user during the campaign period.
The cashback reward will be valid for 30 days from the date it is credited.
Any unused reward will expire automatically after 30 days.
Each cashback reward credited to your Rewards Wallet will be recorded separately with its own issuance date and 30-day validity period.
The cashback reward is a promotional credit and has no cash value outside the NALA platform. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another user, or exchanged except as utilized in the manner indicated by NALA.
Standard transfer fees and exchange rates apply to qualifying transactions. The cashback reward does not reduce or waive any applicable transaction fees unless expressly stated.
Reward Expiry
Cashback rewards credited under this promotion are generally subject to NALA's Referral program Terms and Conditions. Where multiple rewards (including cashback, referral or other promotional credits) are held in the Rewards Wallet at the same time, rewards will be applied on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. This means the earliest credited reward will be used first when you make an eligible transaction.
The cashback reward must be used within 30 days of the date it is credited. Any unused balance will automatically expire at the end of the 30-day validity period, and partial use of the reward does not extend or reset the validity period. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
Expiry and any resulting reclaim will be determined based on the FIFO methodology. NALA may run periodic system checks to identify rewards that have reached the end of their validity period and automatically remove any unused balance in accordance with these Terms.
General
NALA reserves the right to reject, withhold, suspend or cancel any reward for legitimate, operational, legal or regulatory reasons, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraud, non-genuine transactions, breach of these terms, breach of NALA's general terms and conditions, or any applicable law or regulation. Any such change will apply prospectively and will not affect rewards already validly earned prior to the effective date of the change, except where required by law or regulatory directive.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion, including creating multiple or non-genuine accounts or making non-genuine transactions, may result in disqualification from the promotion and suspension or closure of the account.
NALA reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time at its sole discretion. No rewards will be issued for transactions completed after the campaign end date.
Participation in this promotion may have tax implications. Users are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from receipt of the reward. NALA accepts no liability in this regard.
This promotion does not create any contractual right to future promotions.
These promotion terms are in addition to NALA's general terms and conditions, which continue to apply.
