How do I enter?
It's simple. Download the Nala app, use promo code VEEMONEY20 when you sign up, and send a minimum of $100 to any of the eligible recipient countries. Each qualifying transfer automatically gives you one entry into the draw.

Do I have to use a promo code?
Yes. You must use code VEEMONEY20 for your transfer to qualify as an entry. Transfers made without the code will not be counted.
Is there a minimum transfer amount?
Yes. Each transfer must be a minimum of $100 to count as an entry.
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. Every separate qualifying transfer of $100 or more using code VEEMONEY20 during the promotion period counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter.
Do I get anything just for entering?
Yes. On top of the iPhone 17 giveaway, when you sign up using code VEEMONEY20 and send $100, you earn you $20 cashback. So even if you don't win the iPhone, you still get rewarded when you send.
Can I enter without making a transfer?

How is the winner chosen?
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place after the promotion closes on 6 July 2026.
When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be selected and notified within 5 business days of the promotion closing. The winner's first name and country will be announced on Nala's and Vanessa Mdee's social media channels.
How will I know if I have won?
We will contact the winner via the email address or phone number linked to their Nala account. Please make sure your contact details are up to date. If we cannot reach you within 3 days of notification, the prize may be awarded to an alternative winner.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Nala iPhone 17 Giveaway ("Promotion"), run in connection with Nala's partnership campaign with Vanessa Mdee. The Promotion is sponsored by NALA Payments LLC, a company located at 221 River Street 9th Floor, Hoboken, Hudson County, NJ 07030 ("Sponsor").
By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 22 June 2026 at 12:00am EST and ends on 6 July 2026 at 11:59pm EST ("Promotion Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
App Transactions (Purchase Method): Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for each qualifying transaction of $100 or more made through the Nala app using promo code VEEMONEY20 during the Promotion Period. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can receive through this method. Each qualifying transaction constitutes one entry.
No Purchase Necessary: Participants may also enter the Promotion without making a purchase or using the app. To enter without a purchase, participants may visit https://nalamoney.typeform.com/to/yYjXiLgr. Participants may submit one (1) entry per day through this no-purchase-necessary method.
All entries, regardless of method, must be received by 11:59pm EST on 6 July 2026 to be eligible. A purchase or transaction through the app does not increase the odds of winning relative to the no-purchase-necessary entry method.
5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive one (1) new iPhone 17.
Prize will be awarded within 7 days of the Promotion Period ending.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Participants who complete multiple qualifying transactions using code VEEMONEY20 will receive one entry per transaction, which may increase their relative odds of winning.
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason
6. Taxation and Reporting of Prizes
Prizes awarded through this Promotion may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes. In accordance with IRS regulations, any prize valued at $600 or more will require the Sponsor to report the value of the prize to the IRS.
Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide their taxpayer identification number (e.g. Social Security Number) to the Sponsor for tax reporting purposes.
The Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to any winner receiving a prize valued at $600 or more, reflecting the value of the prize as income to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to report this income on their tax return and pay any taxes owed.
Non-customers who win prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide personally identifiable information, including their taxpayer identification number, to the Sponsor for the purposes of compliance with tax reporting requirements.
Participants are advised to consult with a tax advisor for more information on the tax implications of their prize winnings.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected after the close of the Promotion Period on 6 July 2026 through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified by in-app chat or via email within five (5) business days following selection.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within three (3) days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The winner's first name and country may be announced on Nala's and/or Vanessa Mdee's social media channels following prize acceptance.
8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Alternatively, disputes may be resolved in small claims court, provided the value of the claim does not exceed the jurisdictional limit.
13. Publicity Rights
By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, including on Nala's and/or Vanessa Mdee's social media channels, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
14. Modification of Promotion Terms
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without notice even though such changes may affect the value or nature of the prizes. Any modifications will be posted on the Promotion website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
15. Release of Liability for Third Parties
The Sponsor is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers, delivery services, or other parties involved in the fulfilment of prizes or the administration of this Promotion.
16. Compliance with Platform Rules
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party social media platform on which it may be promoted. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.
