Wave Launch Promotion – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Welcome to the NALA Wave Launch Promotion ("Promotion"). The Promotion is sponsored by Nala Payments Limited, a company registered at International House, 64 Nile Street, London, United Kingdom, N1 7SR ("Sponsor").

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the U.K. and E.U., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion begins on April 23rd, 2025, at 12am GMT and ends on May 4th, 2025, at 12am GMT ("Promotion Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

App Transactions: Participants will automatically receive one entry into the Promotion for each transaction of $/£/€ 50 or more made through the NALA Application during the Promotion Period. To qualify, participants must include the keyword “WAVEAKSINA" in the message section of the transfer. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can receive through this method.

No Purchase Necessary: Participants may also enter the Promotion without making a purchase or using the app. To enter without a purchase, participants may visit https://nalamoney.typeform.com/WAVEAKSINA. Participants may enter once per day through this no-purchase-necessary method.

All entries, regardless of the method of entry, must be received by May 4th, 2025, at 12am GMT to be eligible. A purchase or transaction through the app does not increase the chances of winning.

Prizes will be awarded on May 4th, 2025.

Prizes include cash prizes of $/£/€ 100

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing. Given the nature of this Promotion, where participants can receive multiple entries, the odds of winning will vary by the number of entries a participant submits and the total number of entries received.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

10 winners total will be selected each through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be notified by in-app chat or via email, within 1 business day following selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.nala.com/privacy-policy-uk. The Sponsor will collect and process participants' personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

By entering the Promotion, participants provide their consent for the Sponsor to collect, use, and process their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including contacting winners and fulfilling prizes. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent and request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value or nature of the prizes. Any modifications will be posted on the Promotion website.

The Sponsor is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers, delivery services, or other parties involved in the fulfillment of prizes or the administration of this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of each winner prior to prize fulfillment
