For safeguarding your financial transactions and peace of mind, NALA requires using Face ID (iOS) or a Passcode (Android) when making transactions. 🔐

Why this extra layer of security?

You may have a curious toddler exploring your phone, or you may appreciate the added privacy layer for your banking activities. While it may take a second longer to access your funds, the added security is worth the peace of mind.

Using Face ID/Fingerprint/Passcode with NALA:

If you're using an iOS device:

  • iPhone with Face ID:

Activate in Settings: Open Settings > Face ID & Passcode.

  • Fingerprint (for iPhones with Touch ID):

Configure in iPhone settings.

If you're on an Android device:

  • Tap 'Settings' from your device's apps menu.

  • Navigate to 'Security' (or 'Security and Screen Lock'), usually under the Personal section.

  • Under 'Screen Security,' tap 'Screen lock' to choose the lock type for your device.

Once you've set up a Face ID, fingerprint, or passcode, you can confidently use NALA for your transactions.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance configuring these security features. We're here to ensure a secure and seamless experience with NALA.
