By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion begins on March 5, 2025, at 12am EST and ends on March 31, 2025, at 12am EST ("Promotion Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

App Transactions: Participants will automatically receive one entry into the Promotion for each transaction of $50 or more made through the [App Name] during the Promotion Period. Participants must always add the word “RAMADAN” to the transfer in app to be entered into he draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can receive through this method.

No Purchase Necessary: Participants may also enter the Promotion without making a purchase or using the app. To enter without a purchase, participants may visit https://nalamoney.typeform.com/ramadan25. Participants may enter once per day through this no-purchase-necessary method.

All entries, regardless of the method of entry, must be received by March 31, 2025, to be eligible. A purchase or transaction through the app does not increase the chances of winning.

Prizes will be awarded Weekly from March 7, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

Prizes include, but are not limited to; cash prizes and flight vouchers.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing. Given the nature of this Promotion, where participants can receive multiple entries, the odds of winning will vary by the number of entries a participant submits and the total number of entries received.

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion.

Prizes awarded through this Promotion may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes. In accordance with IRS regulations, any prize valued at $600 or more will require the Sponsor to report the value of the prize to the IRS. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide their taxpayer identification number (e.g., Social Security Number) to the Sponsor for tax reporting purposes.

The Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to any winner receiving a prize valued at $600 or more, reflecting the value of the prize as income to the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to report this income on their tax return and pay any taxes owed.

Non-customers who win prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to provide personally identifiable information, including their taxpayer identification number, to the Sponsor for the purposes of compliance with tax reporting requirements.

Participants are advised to consult with a tax advisor for more information on the tax implications of their prize winnings.

One winner will be selected each week during the Promotion Period through a random drawing from all eligible entries received that week.

Winners will be notified by in-app chat or via email, within 1 business day following selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Alternatively, disputes may be resolved in small claims court, provided the value of the claim does not exceed the jurisdictional limit.

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value or nature of the prizes. Any modifications will be posted on the Promotion website.
